Coordinator National Casino Marketing**Performs the following functions for Atlantic City Operations: Coordinates customer services as required on assigned shift. Meets and welcomes customers. Arranges transportation for arriving and departing guests. Provides supervisor with accurate information regarding comp status for quality gaming customers based on player rating. Handles phone requests from good gaming customers for reservations and explains criteria for customers to qualify for comps. Responsible for all data entry, records collection and proper record maintenance of bus activity using a computer system. Greets buses and distributes Tiered Cards and requested coupon packages to passengers. Manages scheduling, invoicing and payment for various bus and plane programs. Responsible for training new hires on LMS, CMS, reservation system and group reservations. Responsible for maintaining airfare and advertising reimbursements, including but not limited to obtaining approvals, maintaining log of invoices and ensuring timely payment. May assist with various programs or special events. May be required to travel. This position is not authorized to issue cash comps of $10,000 or more pursuant to N.J.A.C. 19:41-1.1. Position is located in a cigarette-smoke environment.
College degree or equivalent experience. Communication and organizational skills. Two years public relations experience and/or CRT experience desired
