Teleservices Representative (Part Time)Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills by displaying Spotlight on Success behaviors. Maintains upbeat, positive attitude, positive energy and enthusiasm from one interaction to the next. Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates customer wins. Is ready to serve and informed of daily information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting. Anticipates needs and provides fast, flawless service. Checks for satisfaction and properly uses the Service Recovery process to resolve problems when they exist. Promotes Total Rewards programs and card membership. Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting.
Performs the following for Harrah’s Atlantic City, Showboat, Caesars Atlantic City and Bally’s Atlantic City: Approves and issues limited complimentaries, including rooms, restaurants and shows, for casino rated players based upon established theoretical guidelines. Coordinates comp paperwork including room, food & beverage, shows and transportation for casino hosts, credit executives and casino personnel. Coordinates RSVP responses for casino customers' special events and necessary accommodations. Receives cash reservation requests from convention or transient guests by telephone, letter, or rate card and accepts or rejects such requests. Displays assertiveness in applying sales techniques, which attempt to convert every reservation call handled into reservations booked. Coordination of computer and telephone skills mandatory. Provides supervisor with accurate information regarding comp status for quality gaming customers based on player rating. Handles phone requests from good gaming customers for reservations and explains criteria for customers to qualify for comps. Responsible for all data entry, records collection and proper record maintenance. Position is located in a cigarette smoke environment.
Excellent customer service skills required. College degree or equivalent experience. Professional interpersonal skills required. Light typing, use of computer terminal and organizational skills preferred. Excellent phone manner required. Two years public contact experience. Knowledge of casino operations preferred. Must be able to obtain a NJ gaming license.
