Is ready to serve and informed of daily information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting. Anticipates needs and provides fast, flawless service. Checks for satisfaction and properly uses the Service Recovery process to resolve problems when they exist. Promotes Total Rewards programs and card membership. Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting.

Performs the following for Harrah’s Atlantic City and Showboat: Receives all calls and processes calls efficiently and professionally. Performs wake up calls and message service as requested. Assists guests with inquiries, requests, or complaints, and directs to the appropriate party concerned. Follows proper procedures for paging guests. Provides professional, courteous and efficient service at all times.

High school required. Must possess a pleasant and easily comprehendible voice. Dexterity with ability to perform several functions at one time. Cooperative and positive attitude. Good typing skills. Knowledge of IBM AS/400 System and Hotel Management System Previous experience in PBX, functioning as an operator and hospitality experience preferred.
