The 92,000 square-foot casino features 33,000 square feet of gaming space. The Sheraton hotel experience offers the only all suite hotel in Tunica. Job Summary: Under direct supervision from the NCM Customer Service and Operations Supervisor, performs a variety of functions relative to the development of charter flights and splinter business.

Qualifications: Two to three years in gaming, marketing, hotel or public relations preferred. Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building, and problem solving skills are required. Experience with casino tour, travel, and junket programs preferred. Must be computer literate with software systems to include all Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of AS400 hotel reservation system and CMS/Winet system a plus.

Essential Job Functions: Under direct supervision from the National Casino Marketing Supervisor of Customer Service and Operations, this position performs a variety of functions relating to the development of National Casino Marketing operations including charter flights and splinter business. Responsible for the complete functions related to an assigned flight including but not limited to: maintaining a close tie with the Junket Representatives/Branch Offices involved with the flight; maintaining passenger load counts; input of rooming list and flight manifest; generates and/or researches total reward accounts for all passengers; generates CMS group for tracking the play for each flight, and produces and compiles all required information for flight welcome packets. Follows guidelines for complimentary airfare by assessing patrons' play status. Assigns customer the correct VIP amenity level and food comp level based on the customer’s play. Adheres to all DOT, FAA regulations for charter operations. Maintaisn confidentiality of sensitive material. Must be able to meet the department standards, attendance guidelines and adhere to departmental and company policies.

Physical, Mental & Environmental Demands: Must be able to move in and around quickly on the casino floor. Must be willing as needed to visit the local airports in which NCM Harrah’s schedules flight arrivals and departures. Must be able to respond calmly and handle many customer demands in a fast paced environment. Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, twist, and balance. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods. Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues. Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke. Able to handle more than one function at a time by being well organized and pay attention to details. Able to work the following equipment: computer, telephones, copier, 10 key adding machine, fax, typewriter. Must have manual dexterity to operate the computer and necessary office equipment.
