Required Skills: 2-3 years prior cooking experience, ability to read, write, and speak English. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, and pull/push up to 150 pounds. Able to work in temperatures ranging between 40 and 110. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Able to bend, lift, and reach throughout shift. Ability to read and follow directions from recipes.

Desired Skills: Prior line cooking experience including sautee, grill, fry oven and steam. Posses a team player attitude and be flexible. Understand and have basic knowledge of sanitation procedures. Prior cooking experience in italian restaurants a plus.
