As a member of the management of the casino you will be responsible for the successful operation of the slots department in accordance with Swiss gaming law.

Brief Job Description: (slots)

You will be expected to accomplish the following duties:

- Ensure that all machines are always in good working order.
- Remain aware of all game manufacture products and any new trends in the slots industry.
- Ensure that all department activities are in compliance with departmental policies/procedures,
- Swiss gaming law and any other regulatory controls.
- Evaluate the slot machine performance and arrange the slot machines in a creative and innovative slot floor layout and configuration.
- Bear responsibility for the development and implementation of an effective growth strategy and efficiency in the slots department, with the object of achieving the most appealing gaming mix for our guests.
- Lead and encourage staff to ensure a cohesive and competent work force.
- Provide leadership, support and stewardship to your team to achieve the highest operational standards and excellent guest service

IT:
- Bear responsibility for the efficient and faultless IT support of the equipment.
- Remain up-to-date on the latest main IT developments and work in close cooperation with IT service companies.
- Lead your own development projects to ensure IT security and further development of tools within the office environment.
- Within this field of responsibility you will analyze, optimize and implement the required measures to ensure IT security policy and IT support.
- Lead the team to achieve the highest standards of IT support and customer service within the
organization.

Requirements

- Several years’ experience in slots operations.
- Good knowledge of the industry suppliers and experience in the casino industry.
- Degree in electronics or information technology preferred.
- Experience in player services/tracking systems preferred.
- Must have an analytical approach and be proactive to assess and solve daily problems.
- Must be performance- and result-oriented and able to manage by objectives.
- Must be capable of organizing and prioritizing work load as well as meeting deadlines.
- Must be able to communicate assertively and precisely in German.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
