A fantasic opportunity has arisen for a forward thinking, hard working and progressive casino manager to use their business accumen take control and expand on the profitability of this small casino with great potential.

As casino manager you will be actively involved in the administration, direction and control of all day to day aspects of Casino operations, and be ultimately responsible for gaming floor performance.

Being able to communicate effectively, with strong leadership skills and an ability to work on your own initiative would make you an ideal candidate for this opening.

• Deliver exceptional guest service as an individual and through the development of gaming department employees.
• Cultivate relationships with guests, employees, vendors.
• Maintain awareness of all department activities. Monitor performance of employees, evaluating behaviour and performance as necessary.
• Investigate and solve disputes in a timely manner ensuring that resolution is consistent with company policy and state regulation
• Create budgets and monitor departmental expenses.
• Generate performance reports to determine floor performance.
• Deliver those reports to executive management with analysis and suggested adjustments as warranted.
• Oversee staff scheduling
• Assist in the development of departmental policies and procedures

This position would ideally suit a couple, with an inspectors position being offered to the partner.
