[Nairobi Star] A group of Kaya elders yesterday sent a delegation to the Malindi DC seeking protection against youths who are killing elderly men for allegedly practicing witchcraft. The Elders from the Malindi District Cultural Association said they were living in fear of being murdered by the ruthless youths who target mainly elderly men and women with gray hair.

NASA's Nuclear Spectroscopic Telescope Array, or NuSTAR, mission arrived at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California Jan. 27 after a cross-country trip by truck from the Orbital Sciences Corporation's manufacturing plant in Dulles, Va. NASA's Nuclear Spectroscopic Telescope Array, or NuSTAR, shipped to Vandenberg Air Force Base, Calif., on Jan. 24 to be mated to its Pegasus launch vehicle in preparation for a Mar. 14 launch over the Pacific Ocean. The observatory, which will be operated from UC Berkeley's Space Sciences Laboratory, will detect X-rays from our sun, giant black holes and other objects in space.
