Samir Haddad has saved almost every lottery ticket – thousands upon thousands of them – he's purchased since 1971. But boy, was this one a keeper. Haddad and his ticket partner, Mike Dettorre, yesterday split a $32 million jackpot as the sole grand prize winners in the June 28 Lotto 6/49 draw.
