Thanks to a tip from an ex-girlfriend, local authorities believe they have their man in the November robbery of a U.S. Bank branch on Franklin Trail in Prior Lake. The Scott County Attorney’s Office recently charged Robert Anthony Jerde, 42, with one felony count of robbery.
