The Majestic Star Casino, LLC, a multi-jurisdictional gaming company, announced today the appointment of Peter M. Liguori as Chief Executive Officer and President of its parent company, Majestic Holdco, LLC, and each of its subsidiaries effective March 8, 2012.

The casino formerly known as the Atlantic City Hilton will become The Atlantic Club Casino Hotel next month.
