After being on the market for more than a year, the CB Richard Ellis's Global Gaming Group has taken over the job of trying to sell two of the Holder Group's 13 Nevada gaming properties -- the Silver Club Hotel & Casino in Sparks and Red Garter Hotel & Casino in West Wendover.

Construction will begin on a new terminal at Wendover Airport this week in order to accommodate soaring demand for chartered gaming flights. The airport, which is on the Utah side of the border, gets most of its traffic from tourists gambling on the Nevada side of the border.
