Ward W. Weiser, North Collins town justice

North Collins Town Justice Ward W. Weiser Jr. died Thursday in Lake Shore Hospital, Irving, after becoming ill at his home. He was 74. Born and raised in Orchard Park, Mr. Weiser worked on his family’s farm as a youth, said Scott Weiser, his son.
