Trump urges lawsuit to stop smoking ban:

Donald Trump has spoken out against the smoking ban citing unfair disadvantages to Atlantic City Casinos. Trump has even called for the eleven casinos to file a law suit to stop the ban from taking place.

The casinos in Atlantic City have already seen a drop in revenue since the “partial” smoking ban took place over a year ago. States like Pennsylvania are allowing gamblers to smoke in their slot machine parlors and have seen an increase in business since the original “partial” smoking ban took effect.
