A handful of area runners displayed a blazing stride during Saturday’s Dayohn Day 5K Run, held in Tulsa. Pawhuska’s Ryan Red Corn bolted to second place in his age division (male, 30-34), with a sizzling time of 24:52 – just a minute behind the age group winner.

The Hollywood blogosphere was buzzing last week after learning that the long-awaited, and heretofore untitled, Terrence Malick project that was filmed on location in Pawhuska and Bartlesville has finally received a title and a rating. The official Classifications and Rating Administration listing revealed the title last week as “To The Wonder” with an R rating for “some sexuality/nudity.”
