By entering the draw to win a Prize, or by accepting a prize, you, the Entrant or Prize Winner, expressly agree to all of the following Terms & Conditions: To be eligible to win a Prize, and by entering for the Prize Draw, Entrants expressly allow WCD to register them to receive our WCD's monthly online newsletter, World Casino News. To be eligible to win the airline tickets to the Destination, Entrants must supply a valid e-mail address and register at the G2E exhibition for subscription to the WCD Newsletter. By accepting the prize, the Winner consents to allow WCD to publish his, or her, name and or photograph on its Web-site(s) and in the WCD Newsletter, to confirm to other entrants that the prize was given in bona fide manner. The Winner further consents to have his, or her, name featured in any articles, editorials, web-sites or broadcasts, which feature the Prize Draw or Winners, whether connected to WCD, the Destination or independently. The publication of the Prize Winner will include geographical location. This will be limited to the city and country where the Prize Winner resides, but may include more information, with the direct consent of the Prize Winner. Winners expressly accept that WCD bears no responsibility for services rendered by any Destination. Changes to any part of the Prize Giveaway procedure, including complete cancellation, is solely at the discretion of WCD. The Host may be changed without notice to Entrants, solely at the discretion of WCD. Winners expressly accept that the Host bears no responsibility for losses, damage, etc incurred, nor for any aspect of the Prize Giveaway, but is merely offering a venue for the Prize Drawing offered by WCD. Winners expressly accept that WCD bears no responsibility, nor any liability whatsoever, if any Destination, or any company forming part of the Prize, becomes insolvent before the prizes are consumed. Any disputes, arising between the Winner and must be settled directly between the Winner and the Destination. All airport, government and other local taxes are solely to the account of the Prize Winner, except where specifically included as part of the Prize. Winners expressly accept that WCD is not liable for any damages, injuries or liabilities arising from the the use of any Prize. Prizes are for two persons and are ONLY transferable at the discretion of World Casino Directory. Permission to transfer the prize must be obtained from WCD, in writing, prior to the use of the Prize, or any part of the Prize. Prize vouchers must be presented at the time of travel. WCD is not liable for lost vouchers. At the discretion of WCD and the resort concerned, replacements may be issued for lost or destroyed vouchers to the Prize Winner. The maximum monetary exchange value of all prizes is 1.00 U.S.Dollar. No monetary compensation will be given for any prizes which are not consumed. Prize Winners not eligible to win again for at 24 months. No Entrant may win more than one Prize. The Prize will be re-drawn, if a Winner wins more than one Prize in any give draw, or if the winner has won a prize within the previous 24 months. No-one employed by, or connected with WCD, Golfing and Spa.Com, or any of the Host companies at which Prizes are drawn, or anyone employed by, or connected to, any Destination, is eligible to win any Prize.
