The Regina Public Library (RPL) is hoping lucky No. 7 will provide some stability to its nine locations across the city. On Wednesday, the RPL unveiled its show home for the seventh RPL Home Lottery to the media. The house, which is located in Harbour Landing at 4682 Padwick Cres., comes fully furnished and is valued at $500,000.
