Ernest Uhryn of Yorkton, and the numbered company, 101021866 Saskatchewan Ltd., of which he is a director, pleaded guilty in Yorkton Provincial Court on May 7 of failure to file corporate income tax returns, the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) announced Thursday. Uhryn and the company were fined $8,000 and given 30 days to pay the fines. The missing tax returns have now been filed.
