Gov. Dennis Daugaard has appointed two Fort Pierre men to the South Dakota Lottery Commission.

Governor Dennis Daugaard has appointed Roger Novotny and Brent Dykstra, both of Fort Pierre, to the South Dakota Lottery Commission. Novotny retired last year after seven years as director of the state Division of Banking.
