Rules & Regulations
The Promotional Period begins at 4:00 p.m. and ends at 10:00 p.m. on all promotional days: Friday, May 2, 2008; Friday, May 23, 2008 and Friday, May 30, 2008.
1. All participants must be 21 years of age or older and provide valid proof of age.
2. All participants must be members of the free Club Eldorado.
3. Participants must swipe their card at the designated swiping area to activate their entry into the drawing.
4. Swipe stations will be open from 4:00 pm to 9:45 pm on each drawing date. The swipe stations will be located in the Hotel pavilion on the 2nd floor, adjacent to the Market Place Buffet.
5. Club Eldorado members must swipe their Club Eldorado card to be awarded one (1) entry into each day?s drawings. Entries will be maintained within the computer system.
6. Entries are non-transferable.
7. Random drawings will be conducted between 6:00 pm and 10:00 pm with a total of 35 winners on each promotional day.
8. Winners will be announced over the Casino PA System and throughout the Pavilion. Winners must report to the promotional area located on the 2nd floor of the casino within three (3) minutes of being called with valid government issued photo ID and Club Eldorado card and either know Social Security number or provide Social Security card. Must be present to win.
9. Upon ID confirmation, each winner will randomly select one (1) envelope from the drawing drum. Each envelope will contain one (1) cash prize in the amount of $250, $500 or $1,000.
10. Winners are limited to one cash prize per player per drawing date.
11. Winners are responsible for payment of all federal, state and local taxes.
12. Play history will be retained for record keeping purposes in accordance with local legal requirements.
13. Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, including through a government program, at Eldorado Resort Casino Shreveport?s discretion, or by their own request, are not eligible.
14. Employees of Eldorado Resort Casino Shreveport and its subsidiaries, affiliates, or parent companies and immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
15. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to the rules.
16. A copy of these rules and any changes will be available at Club Eldorado throughout the duration of this promotion.
17. Subject to change or cancellation with prior notice to the Louisiana State Police division of gaming.
