RULES
• Guests must be Club Mystic members to participate. Membership in Club Mystic is free.
• Bonus entry redemption is available 24 hours per day from October 26 – December 19, 2007. On drawing days, no bonus entries will be accepted.
• On Thursday drawing days, only activation and play-based entries will be accepted. All other entries must be submitted by Wednesday at 11:59 p.m.
• Guests must scan their Club Mystic card to activate their entries each promotion drawing day at the Winner’s Circle kiosks.
• A complete list of ways to earn entries is posted at Club Mystic and at the Winner’s Circle. All entries accumulate for the length of the promotion.
• Guests are only eligible for one car qualifying drawing or wild card drawing throughout the promotional period. Guests can only win one cash drawing per week. Guests who win a car qualifying, wild card, or cash drawing are still eligible for the $5000 cash drawing at 10:00 p.m. each week.
• There is no cash option for the cars; guest must take the car or forfeit the prize.
• A minimum of one wild card name will be drawn at 9:00 p.m. on car giveaway weeks. On November 1, five additional wild card names will be drawn for the car giveaway. If any of the Grand Prize qualifiers fail to show up by 9:00 p.m. on these nights, additional names will be drawn to replace them.
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older and present to win.
• Winners must have a valid driver’s license or state-issued photo ID and social security number to win cash and prizes.
• Drawings will be broadcast throughout the casino. The person whose name is drawn will have five minutes to report to the Winner’s Circle. If the person is not present within five minutes, an additional name will be drawn until a winner is present.
• Names will be announced in gaming areas only. Announcements cannot be heard in restrooms, food outlets or hotel.
• The winners’ names will be shown on the monitors throughout the casino and in bingo.
• All winners of $25 or more must complete a miscellaneous prize claim form.
• Participation in this promotion indicates your acceptance to permit the use of your name and/or likeness in advertising and promotional materials. Failure to agree will result in a forfeit of prizes won.
• The winners shall be solely responsible for federal, state, and local taxes.
• Any dispute or situation not covered by the above house rules will be resolved by Mystic Lake Casino Hotel management in a manner deemed by them to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and/or binding on all contestants.
• SMSC members, SMSC Gaming Enterprise employees and their immediate families (i.e. any person residing in the household of the aforementioned) and employees of Mystic Lake’s advertising, printing, and publicity agencies are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
• Mystic Lake management reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. All decisions of management are final.
