Rules:
PROMOTION LOGISTICS
* The Mohawk Mystery Jackpot will run all day, every day from March 1, 2006 until further notice.
* The Mohawk Mystery Jackpot will start at $2,000 and go no further than $10,000.
* Each handle pull, spin, or bet on a slot machine by a valid Winners Club carded guest will contribute to the Mohawk Mystery Jackpot total.
* Guest involved in a video slot machine's bonus round is not eligible to win the Mohawk Mystery Jackpot.
* The Mohawk Mystery Jackpot accumulation level will be displayed on meters through plasma screens and other signage throughout the gaming floor.
* Guest must be actively playing any slot machine on the gaming floor with their Winners Club card in the machine’s bezel. Guest must ensure that the card has been properly inserted into the card bezel and accepted to be eligible for the Jackpot. A steady green light on the card bezel indicates an accepted Winners Club card.
* The Mohawk Mystery Jackpot is "seeded" to start at $2,000 and MUST BE AWARDED to a valid Winners Club member on or before the top award amount of $10,000.
* Guest will be alerted of a win in the form of an audio and video celebration message that will appear on the NexGen Screen of their slot machine, also showing the total amount of their prize.
* When a Guest is deemed a valid winner, the Guest’s machine will lock out and the Slot Operations Department will conduct a hand pay of the posted prize amount.
* Once the Mohawk Mystery Jackpot is awarded, the jackpot will automatically reset at the $2,000 total and begin to grow again!
ELIGIBILITY
* Guest must be a valid member of the Winners Club.
* Guest must be at least 18 years of age.
* Outcome of the game does not affect the Guest’s ability to win the Mohawk Mystery Jackpot.
* Guest must be using his/her own assigned Winners Club card on the winning machine. Guests using a card not issued to them as well as the Club member whose card was used will be disqualified.
INELIGIBILITY
* Akwesasne Mohawk Casino Associates may not participate in this promotion.
* Guests playing slot machines that do not have their Winners Club cards inserted in the machine’s card bezel, have the card incorrectly inserted in the bezel, or are otherwise not members of the Winners Club will not be eligible for this Jackpot.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
* Prizes are non-transferable. Guests using a Winners Club card not issued to them will be disqualified.
* Taxes and other applicable fees for the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
* Winner must provide proper identification and must complete all appropriate casino and tax forms in accordance to casino policy.
* If the winner agrees to be photographed, they must sign a waiver/release form.
* Machine malfunction voids all plays and pays.
* The Akwesasne Mohawk Casino reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time with out prior notice.
