Chevrolet Chevy suggests signing up at www.RevItUp Racing.com through 5 p.m. Friday. Rev It Up, presented by Chevrolet, is going on all day Saturday and Sunday, offering fast cars and challenging courses. After training from professional racers, participants get to drive high-performance Chevy vehicles on a track, including a Corvette, Cobalt SS, Cobalt SS Supercharged and the V-8 Impala SS. Chevy suggests that you sign up in advance at www.RevItUpRacing.com. Online registration ends at 5 p.m. Friday, but you can still register at Lone Star Park on Saturday and Sunday. It costs $50, and participants must be at least 18 and have a valid driver's license. If you just want to watch, admission is free. "We'll probably get 1,000 people out there," predicted Jim Sanfilippo, executive vice president of AMCI Inc., which is handling marketing.
