FROM KANSAS CITY: Take I-70 E to Exit 103 (Hwy. B). Turn left at end of exit and go North 3 miles. At the 4th traffic light, turn left onto Morgan Street. Continue ½ mile and the Isle of Capri Casino - Boonville will be on your right.

FROM JEFFERSON CITY: Take Hwy. 179N to Hwy. 87N into Boonville. Turn right on Hwy. B and go North .7 miles. At traffic light, turn left onto Morgan Street. Continue 1/2 mile and the Isle of Capri Casino–Boonville will be on your right.

ALTERNATE ROUTE From Columbia / St. Louis: Take I-70 W to Exit 121 (Old Rt. 40). Turn right at end of exit and go West 19 miles. Cross the Boonslick Bridge. At 1st traffic light, turn right onto Morgan Street. Continue 1/2 mile and the Isle of Capri Casino–Boonville will be on your right.
