LEWISTON -- The Nez Perce Tribe's Clearwater River Casino resort is scheduled to open July 20th.
The casino is being built near the current casino about four miles east of Lewiston.
The original casino opened in 1996 and was meant to be temporary.
It will remain open until the new casino is finished.
The new casino had been scheduled to open earlier but Tribal officials say changes to the original plan and cold weather last winter slowed construction.
A 50-room hotel adjoining the new casino is scheduled to open in August.
