Black Entertainment channel founder, Robert Johnson, is going to own up to 1/3 of the new Phildelphia casino if Pennacle Entertainment gets the bid.

"We think this is really an ideal fit for Philadelphia and an ideal fit for this project." said Pinnacle President Wade Hundley.

There are a total of five companies appearing at the PA Gaming Control Board on Monday. One other group involves Donald Trump.
