Casino Industry Veterans Establish New Gaming Services Company - Focus on Asia & Pacific Gambling Management

A new company, Casino Services International Pty. Ltd., has been established by casino industry veterans Mr Tony Boyd and Mr Ciaran Carruthers, to specialise in maximising profitability of gaming operations in the Asia Pacific region.

Adelaide, South Australia (PRWEB) August 10, 2006 -- A new company, Casino Services International Pty. Ltd., has been established by casino industry veterans Mr Tony Boyd and Mr Ciaran Carruthers, to specialise in maximising profitability of gaming operations in the Asia Pacific region.

“I am pleased to announce the establishment of our full-service international gaming consultancy, following our resignation from International Casinos Services,” explained Mr Tony Boyd, Chairman of Casino Services International Pty. Ltd. (CSI).

“We have been assisting casino and gaming operators in Asia and the Pacific areas since the early 1990’s. Our international experience and knowledge in the global gambling market includes customized advice and expertise to clients in South Korea, China, Macau, Australia & New Zealand, Vanuatu, Tahiti, Solomon Islands, as well as the US, UK and Russia. This includes consulting to Governments charged with establishing new gaming jurisdictions, particularly focusing on the legislative, legal and probity requirements of gaming and betting operators.

“More recently, our principals have been involved on a daily basis with a major casino operator in Macau, and the provision of expertise to casinos and online gambling providers in the Philippines,” he said.

Macau now has around 2,000 gaming tables and 4,500 slot machines in its 21 casinos, and is fast outpacing Las Vegas as the world’s premier gambling destination.

As well as the extensive marketing and operational experience of Boyd and Carruthers over more than 15 years, management includes Mr. Andrew Leunig, who specialises in financial management and investor relations. As a result, the company also offers financing, design, licensing, economic and feasibility studies, regulation and compliance services for gaming venues.

CSI manages all aspects of casino operations, and in particular has comprehensive experience of controls and procedures catering to a large Asian client base. Expansion is being initiated in other gambling markets including Eastern Europe and South America, although the company’s core focus remains the provision of casino and gaming services to the Asia Pacific region.
