He fired back, in an interview Tuesday, after being under attack from city councillors over the corporate citizenship of Niagara Casinos. “Some of the things that are being said are without foundation. They’re being exaggerated. It can be detrimental to the business,” Frank said. But Coun. Carolynn Ioannoni said council's responsibility is to look out for the community's interest while Frank is responsible for the casinos.
