Casino carries South Dakota Certified Beef
The Lode Star Casino in Fort Thompson is the newest establishment in South Dakota to offer South Dakota Certified Beef.
“We are pleased to have the Lode Star Casino on board with South Dakota Certified Beef,” Richard Benda, secretary of the state Department of Tourism and State Development, said. “We continue to find ways to help this program grow,” Benda said. “We are currently in the middle of a statewide beef study and are looking for ways to more collaboratively market this program.”
Benda said there are 31 retail establishments and restaurants in South Dakota that carry South Dakota Certified Beef.
