An American Indian tribe has lost its bid to build a casino in Northampton County. The Supreme Court has refused to review the Delaware Nation Tribe's case. The tribe says it's entitled to about 315 acres in Forks Township -- based on a deal struck back in 1737. Part of that land is owned by Binney and Smith -- the makers of Crayola Crayons. Federal judges concluded that the tribe lost its right to the land back in 1737.
