The qualification period begins at 9:01 p.m. October 13 - 27 for the October 27 drawing. Club Eldorado members may earn entries by playing Treasures of The Eldorado. One (1) entry will be earned for every 20 slot points earned or for every one hour of rated table play. Earn double entries Tuesday through Thursday. Cruise Into Fall In A 2008 BMW 528i Rules & Regulations
Promotion begins on Monday, October 1, 2007 at 12:01 am and ends on Saturday, October 27, 2007 at 10:00 pm.
1. All participants must be 21 years of age or older and provide valid proof of age.
2. All participants must be members of the free Club Eldorado.
3. The BMW 528i drawings will be held on Saturday, October 13th and Saturday, October 27th at 10:00 pm.
4. Must be present to win.
5. For every 20 points earned through slot play or for every one (1) hour of rated table play, Club Eldorado Members will earn one (1) entry into that promotional period for the BMW 528i Drawing. It is the player's responsibility to ensure their card is properly inserted in the slot machine, and to request table rating.
6. Double entries will be earned Tuesday through Thursday.
7. Entries can also be earned playing Treasures of the Eldorado.
8. Entries are non-transferable. Entries are valid only for the drawing date indicated on the entry ticket. Entries do not carry over from one drawing period to the next.
9. Entries earned between 12:01 am October 1st and 9:00 pm October 13th will be eligible for the October 13th BMW 528i Drawing.
10. Entries earned between 9:01 pm October 13th and 9:00 pm October 27th will be eligible for the October 27th BMW 528i Drawing.
11. Entries for the October 13th drawing can be picked up between 9:00 am and 9:30 pm in the Ballroom located on the 2nd floor pavilion.
12. Entries for the October 27th drawing can be picked between 9:00 am and 9:30 pm on the 2nd floor pavilion adjacent to The Market Place Buffet.
13. Entries must be deposited in the drawing drum located on the 1st floor of the hotel pavilion next to the BMW by 9:59 pm the day of the drawing.
14. Entries cannot be folded, altered or mutilated. Folded, altered or mutilated entries will be considered invalid.
15. Drawing will be held at 10:00 pm the day of the drawing.
16. Winners will be announced throughout the casino and must report to the promotional area located on the 1st floor of the hotel pavilion within three (3) minutes of being called with valid government issued photo ID and Club Eldorado card and either know Social Security number or provide Social Security card. Must be present to win.
17. Winners have the option of taking $30,000 in lieu of the BMW 528i.
18. Winners are responsible for payment of all federal, state and local taxes.
19. Play history will be retained for record keeping purposes in accordance with local legal requirements.
20. Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, including through a government program, at Eldorado Resort Casino Shreveport's discretion, or by their own request, are not eligible.
21. Employees of Eldorado Resort Casino Shreveport and its subsidiaries, affiliates, or parent companies and immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
22. Participants agree to the use of his/her name, city/state and photograph for advertising and promotional purposes without charge or additional compensation.
23. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to the rules.
24. A copy of these rules and any changes will be available at Club Eldorado throughout the duration of this promotion.
25. Subject to change or cancellation with prior notice to the Louisiana State Police division of gaming.
