Docs Does It Right

I’ve been regularly visiting the many casinos in both Central City and Black Hawk for more than 4 years now. I’ve seen new places come and old places go. There’s been buy outs, mergers, remodels and new construction.

All this and in truth, things don’t change that much.

One thing is for sure – in my hundreds of visits up the hill I have figured out what I like.

I like to have fun. I like good service. I like friendly staff. I like to be appreciated.

There’s one place where since I first visited, I have consistently got the things I like.

Doc Holliday in Central City.

Consistently fun. A perfect blend of old West ambiance and a “feel at home” atmosphere. Warm smiles and prompt service. Nothing too fancy, but so what? If I wanted Vegas, I’d go to Vegas. I want to relax and laugh.

It always happens for me at Doc’s.

You gotta try it, folks. They’ve got tables and plenty of machines. A great bar and good food. The best part is the staff – top to bottom, they make it all work.

So – say hi to me at the bar. I’ll be there having a great time.

Steve

Problem with accuracy in our casino directory? let us know, please: accuracy@worldcasinodirectory.com

Always good to hear your opinions Steve, I've always liked Doc's Casino, too, way back from the little old corner building on Main St. was there. My buddy Kirk used to be the key manager at Doc's with another manager I used to work with in the old Otto's Casino, his name was Candy. Any of those folks names ring a bell? I'm sure they are long gone as history usually changes in the casino towns fairly quickly. Cheers, B
