Dr. John, a native of New Orleans who introduced the world to the pure musical heritage of New Orleans. He possessed a sound that was fused of psychedelic vibes with a voodoo beat. From which he created hit albums such as "Gris-Gris" and “the Sun, the Moon, and Herbs”. Over the years, his music evolved into a more R&B and Rock & Roll sound; but, still stayed true to his New Orleans roots. From which came hit albums such as, “Desitively Bonnaroo” and “In the Right Place”, which featured the hit song “Right Place, Wrong Time”. He has also worked with some of the most talented artists on the Rock & Roll and R&B scene, from Sonny and Cher to Van Morrison to Aretha Franklin to Eric Clapton and Mick Jagger. Nowadays, Dr. John continues to make music that dazzles and captivates audiences across the globe.
