ELDORADO EXTREME GIVEAWAY $75,000 May 31, 2008 Rules & Regulations
Promotion begins on Thursday, May 1, 2008 at 12:01 am and ends on Saturday, May 31, 2008 at midnight.
1. Must be 21 or older and a member of Club Eldorado. Must be able to provide valid proof of age.
2. Must be present to win.
3. For every 20 points earned, Club Eldorado members will receive one (1) entry into the May 31 Eldorado Extreme Giveaway.
4. It is the player?s responsibility to ensure their card is properly inserted in the slot machine card reader, and to request table rating. 9X entries will be earned Mondays through Thursdays.
5. Entries will be earned from 12:01 am May 1 through 11:45 pm May 31, 2008.
6. To activate your entry(s) into the giveaway, Club Eldorado members must swipe their Club Eldorado Card at the designated swiping area.
7. Swipe stations will be open from noon to 11:45 pm on May 31, and will be located in the Hotel pavilion on the 2nd floor, adjacent to the Market Place Buffet. Cards swiped after 11:45 pm will not be eligible for the giveaway.
8. Entries will be earned and maintained within the Eldorado Resort Casino computer system (paper entries will not be issued for this giveaway).
9. Entries are non-transferable.
10. Eldorado Resort Casino Shreveport will utilize its computer system and a random number system to select the prizewinners from among the eligible entries. Eldorado Resort Casino Shreveport is the sole judge in determining the number of entries earned and the awarding of prizes. Any person who attempts to obtain entries or prizes in a fraudulent manner will be disqualified from the giveaway.
11. Drawings by computer random selection will be held every 15 minutes from 4 pm to midnight on May 31, 2008 with a total of 66 winners.
12. Two Club Eldorado members will win cash prizes ranging from $1,000 to $2,000 every 15 minutes.
13. Winners will be announced over the Casino PA System and throughout the Pavilion. Winners must report to the promotional area located on the 2nd floor of the casino within three (3) minutes of being called with valid government issued photo ID and Club Eldorado card and either know Social Security number or provide Social Security card.
14. Upon ID confirmation, each winner will randomly select one (1) envelope from the drawing drum. Each envelope will contain one (1) cash prize in the amount of $1,000, $1,500 or $2,000.
15. Winners are limited to one cash prize per player/card.
16. Winners are responsible for payment of all federal, state and local taxes.
17. Play history will be retained for record keeping purposes in accordance with local legal requirements.
18. Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, including through a government program, at Eldorado Resort Casino Shreveport?s discretion, or by their own request, are not eligible.
19. Employees of Eldorado Resort Casino Shreveport and its subsidiaries, affiliates, or parent companies and immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
20. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to the rules.
21. A copy of these rules and any changes will be available at Club Eldorado throughout the duration of this promotion.
22. Participants agree to the use of his/her name, city/state and photograph for advertising and promotional purposes without charge or additional compensation.
