A fireworks show over Lake Tahoe Wednesday night helped launch the South Shore\'s newest casino.

Caesar\'s Tahoe is now officially history. The hotel-casino\'s new owners re-opened the property with a distinctly blue theme Wednesday night.

The Montbleu -- which means blue mountain -- is right off of Highway 50 in Stateline. Hotel officials say it\'s to tie in the blue of Lake Tahoe and the mountains of the Sierra.

The resort doesn\'t have the typical look of a casino. Instead,it\'s first priority is creating a spa like feel. Those who witnessed the new interior firsthand say it is a monumental improvement.

The resort already has one big fan. Howie Mandel was the guest of honor and he says he is very impressed with the changes.

\"This is not the same place. It\'s like a dream. It\'s the best of what you can get in New York and Las Vegas. If you want to come and have a good time, just to dine, ski, go on the lake, you want to play games, this is the hotel to be at. \"

Mandel was so impressed with one of the restaurants he said he was coming back next weekend with his family.
