Break and add-ons after lst hour and 20 minutes
Alternates must buy-in, re-buy and play within first 3 levels of limit
Blinds increase every 20 minutes
Blinds increase every 30 minutes at final table

(based on minimum prize pool of $5,000 to pay 5th thru 10th $200)
