This year’s Ribbon of Life celebrates the glamour of Hollywood with an original all-singing, all-dancing star-studded show featuring hundreds of performers representing the many production shows across Las Vegas. This fundraising event benefits Golden Rainbow, a nonprofit whose mission is to provide housing and direct financial assistance to southern Nevadans living with HIV and AIDS, as well as to fund prevention education. The 2006 event raised $275,000 in support of men, women and children battling the disease. Ribbon of Life is sponsored by the MAC AIDS Fund, the Las-Vegas Review Journal, Steinbeck Communications, The Idea Factory and Bally’s Las Vegas.
