But the entertainment doesn't stop there. The uncanny impressions and foot-stomping musical numbers are cleverly tied together by an engaging story line about a fictitious world-class singing impressionist whose life is taken over by the icons that he loves so much. And who better to play the lead than veteran actor, singer, musician, comedian and impressionist Greg London? Complete with hilarious costume changes, London weaves his way into the hearts of his adoring audience.
By playing famous people as well as playing the trumpet, guitar, piano, harmonica, various percussion instruments and the humor card, Greg London became one of America's top corporate entertainers in the 1990s and today remains a top choice of performers for Fortune 500 companies. In 2000, London developed The Greg Show, a musical and impressions-based comedy show. The very next year, he was honored with the coveted "Spotlight Award" for Entertainer of the Year. London also recorded Song of America, a CD of American patriotic music, both old and new, and went on a two-year tour singing for the American troops.
This unbelievable show, now appearing in Sammy's Showroom at Harrah's Reno, promises to be a fun, energizing musical journey that will thrill anyone who enjoys music and loves to laugh.
