HILTON GARDEN INN CHOCTAW
AT PEARL RIVER RESORT NOW UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Choctaw, Miss. -March 27, 2007 -An official groundbreaking ceremony commenced construction today on the full-service Hilton Garden Inn Choctaw at Pearl River Resort in Choctaw, Mississippi.
"The Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians has created a destination with multiple attractions including, gaming, golf, and many fine restaurants," said Eric Lund, chief operating officer of Landmark Resorts and Hotels. "The new Hilton Garden Inn will compliment that unique mix and appeal to both tourists and business travelers."
Scheduled to open winter 07/08, the four-story, first-class hotel will staff about 45 employees and feature:140 guestrooms offering complimentary high-speed Internet access and remote printing to the hotels 24-hour business center; the Garden Sleep SystemTM bed; Mirra chair by Herman Miller; 26 Philips high definition flat screen television and innovative clock radio that allows guests to play their MP3 or portable CD player. Business travelers will enjoy 2,000 square-feet of flexible meeting space and an executive boardroom with high-tech capabilities; a 24-hour complimentary business center; a workout facility; an indoor swimming pool and whirlpool; a full-service restaurant; room service; and an onsite guest laundry facility.
Hilton Garden Inn is under development on a three-acre site located at the Dancing Rabbit Golf Club at Hwy. 16 W. The new hotel will be the latest addition to the Pearl River Resort properties, which is owned and operated by the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians.

Pearl River Resort President, Chuck Miller, explained what a great addition the Hilton Garden Inn will be to the resort.
"We feel the addition of the new Hilton Garden Inn will further enhance what Pearl River Resort and Dancing Rabbit Golf Club already offer," Miller said.
