Inspired Gaming Group PLC, the biggest supplier of Fixed Odds Betting Terminals in the UK, said it has entered into a strategic partnership with Tabcorp Holdings Ltd to roll out its gaming platform in Australia and said full year results are expected to be in line with expectations.

Under the five year agreement, Inspired Gaming will work exclusively with Tabcorp to roll out its open server based gaming platform which enables operators to distribute new games to terminals over a network.

Tabcorp's deployment of the platform will start in Victoria later this year.

In a separate interim trading update, the company said current trading is in line with its expectations for the full year, adding that there is a substantial pipeline of development opportunities that may bear fruit in the second half of this year and in 2007.

In the first half, it recorded sales of 85.3 mln stg versus 83.1 mln the previous year while EBITDA less Machine Depreciation came in at 5.9 mln stg, down from 7.4 mln before.

The company said its focus on Server Based Gaming continues to deliver strong results with around 32 pct of the group's total revenues now coming from Server Based products.

Although in the UK, market conditions remain tough, this is partially mitigated by machine performance in the Licensed Betting Office (LBO) and other gaming markets which remain buoyant.
