Bold, modern country-rockers. Big & Rich formed in Nashville around 1998, when ex-Lonestar vocalist John Rich began colloborating with songwriter Big Kenny. Big & Rich debuted in February 2004 with "Wild Horse Show," a bold and modern country-rocker that displayed their unique high-low harmony vocals. Their Horse of a Different Color LP (released spring 2004) topped the Billboard country chart and hit number six, making bona fide stars out of Big & Rich. Big & Rich's success has revealed country audiences' willingness to accept sounds that are broader and brasher than the usual contemporary country product. Special guest: Cowboy Troy.
