The day after Amendment 50 passed, or pretty close to it, investors from Oregon bought the long-empty Papone's Palace on Main Street.

It's a good sign - the changes coming from A-50 could very well restore prosperity to C-City.

Papone's probably won't open until July 1, 2009 - when the new rules go into effect.
