RULES TO THE NEW MEMBER
KEY TO RICHES GAME CARD
1. All participants must be at least 21 years of age.
2. Only new players signing up for a Screen Test Card that have NEVER been a member of the player’s club or had a player’s club membership before at Hollywood Casino Aurora are eligible for the Key to Riches Game Card.
3. The Key to Riches Game Card is only available at the Promotions Booth in the Casino.
4. To be eligible for a prize award, the New Member must scratch six (6) and only six (6) squares, revealing all six (6) winning symbols printed on the face of the card. If a New Member reveals the required winning symbols (six (6) keys), the number of stars in the Special Play area determines the prize level for which the New Member is eligible.
5. Key to Riches Game Cards that are mutilated, altered, copied, hand printed, forged, water damaged, manipulated, or tampered with in any way, or which contain any printing, mechanical or typographical errors, will be considered null and void and will not be eligible for prize redemption. SCRATCH CARD IS VOID IF MORE THAN SIX SQUARES ARE REVEALED, IN WHOLE OR PART. IF THERE ARE ANY MARKS OR SCRATCHES ON THE SCRATCH CARD, OTHER THAN THE SIX (6) REVEALED SQUARES AND THE SPECIAL PLAY
BOX, THE SCRATCH CARD IS VOID AND WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR ANY PRIZE AWARD.
6. Employees of Hollywood Casino Aurora, their immediate family members (immediate family is defined as employee’s spouse, parents, sibling, child or stepchild), agents, successors, and assignees of Hollywood Casino, its advertising agencies and promotional companies involved in this Promotion, as well as family and household members of same, shall be ineligible to participate in the Promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize covered herein. The parties acknowledge that SCA Promotions is not liable for reimbursement of any prizes otherwise payable to Promotion contestants who are in violation of this provision.
7. Names and likeness of the Promotion winner(s) may be used by Hollywood Casino its designee(s) for promotional purposes without further compensation to the Promotion winner(s).
8. In the event a winner is claimed, the Winner’s Affidavit and Release Form must be completed and signed by the claimed winner and contest officials and submitted to SCA Promotions for claim verification along with a copy of a government issued identification card containing a photo of the claimed winner. By executing this form, the contest officials acknowledge their responsibility to conduct the Promotion according to the terms and conditions of the contract. All required signatures must be present and valid for consideration of prize reimbursement. In the event of a claim hereunder, the claiming winning Key to Riches Game Card must be sent to the independent entity as specified in the Scratch Card Claim Procedure sheet. The validity of Scratch Card claims will be judged at the sole discretion of such entity.
9. Hollywood Casino is an Illinois licensed casino and the Key to Riches Promotion is conducted in accordance with the approval received from the Illinois Gaming Board.
Hollywood Casino has contracted with SCA Promotions for the reimbursement of scheduled prizes. If the actual conditions of the Promotion differ in any way from those represented by Hollywood Casino Aurora to SCA Promotions, SCA Promotions incurs no liability unless such changes have been approved in writing by SCA prior to commencement of the Promotion.
10. Each winner, if any, is responsible for paying any and all taxes on any prize(s) won and must authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the prize(s) to extent required by law.
11. Hollywood Casino Aurora reserves the right to discontinue provision of the Promotion without further notice. Hollywood Casino Aurora may alter or change any portion of the Promotion at any time and for any reason, subject to Illinois Gaming Board approval.
Notification of any changes will be made available to participants on hand. Persons on the self-eviction or self-exclusion list are not eligible to participate.

Please Note: In the event that a player requests self-exclusion, the player’s name is automatically flagged in the Hollywood Casino Aurora system. Any Hollywood player’s account that is flagged in the system as “Self-Excluded” is ineligible.
