Pro Football Challenge - September through December

1. How to Enter the Contest:
a. The “$1,000,000 Pro Football Challenge” contest will begin on Monday, September 3, 2007 and end on Sunday, December 30, 2007.
b. To participate in the contest you must be a member of the Lac Vieux Desert Resort Casino’s Superior Club. Membership is free to join. See Guest Services in the main casino. Limit one (1) entry per person per day. Entrants may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Lac Vieux Desert Resort Casino.
c. Swiping an eligible Superior Club card and completing the game sequence will constitute a play.
d. In order to qualify for the insured grand prize reimbursement of $1,000,000.00 (40 year annuity), an eligible contestant must swipe an eligible Superior Club card and successfully complete the following:
i. Correctly select one hundred and sixty five (165) winning teams out of the two hundred forty five (245) NFL football games of the 2007-2008 season. If contestant successfully does so, OOP will reimburse the Client for the grand prize specified in this contract.
1. In order to qualify for the $1,000,000 (40 year annuity) Season Ending insured prize reimbursement, an eligible contestant must pick one hundred and sixty five (165) winners of Sunday and Monday NFL games against the spread throughout the regular season within the same entry number.
2. Within the same entry number is defined as each contestant has seven (7) attempts each week to pick the winners against the spread. Each attempt is added together with the previous weeks attempts to get a combined total. Each attempt is a unique attempt and will only be added to the same entry number from the previous week. For example, in week one (1), Entry #1 gives the contestant eight (8) points out of a possible twelve (12). In week two (2), Entry #1 gives the contestant six (6) points out of a possible twelve (12). The contestant’s total score after week two (2) for Entry #1 is fourteen (14). The game cannot combine Entry #1 from week one (1) and another Entry other than Entry #1 from week two (2).
e. In order to qualify for the insured secondary prize reimbursement of the weekly $10,000.00, an eligible contestant must swipe an eligible Superior Club card and successfully complete the following:
i. Correctly pick the winner against the spread of every Sunday and Monday NFL game, and predict the exact final score of each team competing in the last game of the week within an unique entry attempt.
f. The memory logs of the Football Kiosk software are the sole determiners of whether or not a contestant is a grand prize or secondary prize winner. Neither the visual/graphic display nor the audio or paper output of the game software and/or kiosk will be considered in determining a winner.
