Lafayette Resident Claims $100,000 Top Prize from Scratch-off Ticket
Gloria L. Trahan of Lafayette claimed a $100,000 top prize on a Take 5 scratch-off ticket at the Louisiana Lottery Corporation's Lafayette office.
"I play scratch-offs everyday, but I had no idea that I would ever win this big!" exclaimed Trahan, age 54. She plans to use her winnings to finish remodeling her house. Trahan purchased her winning ticket at Cracker Barrel Store #107 on N.W. Evangeline Thruway in Lafayette.
