BOZ SCAGGS

Born in Texas, and raised with an abiding respect for a wide spectrum of American roots music, Boz Scaggs recorded early on with his high school buddy Steve Miller. He made his solo debut in 1969 on Atlantic Records with "Boz Scaggs." His 1976 album "Silk Degrees" has been RIAA-certified for sales of over 5 million copies, its classic hit singles and frequently covered album tracks sparking an extraordinary album chart run of well over two years. Other notable Scaggs albums include the platinum-certified "Middle Man," "Slow Dancer," and the three albums he made in the 1990s for Virgin: his label debut "Some Change," the Grammy-nominated blues collection "Come On Home," and the critically acclaimed "Dig." In 2003 he released "But Beautiful," a classic jazz quartet outing through the Great American Songbook on his own Gray Cat label.

HEART

"We got an urge."

So says Nancy Wilson on the impetus for Jupiters Darling, the first new studio album from Heart in nearly a dozen years and a convincing case that the fire and spirit of real rock & roll is alive and well.

All things considered, it's a natural point of departure for Nancy and Ann Wilson, considering that over their illustrious career, Heart has always made urgent, immediate and compelling music. Simply put, following their creative impulses has made Heart one of the most innovative and enduring musical partnerships of our time.

It's a creative chemistry that has, to date, yielded sales of well over thirty million albums, with over twenty Top 40 hits and live shows that sell out stadiums whenever and wherever Heart performs.

GEORGE LOPEZ

George Lopez is one of the premier Latino American comedic talents in the entertainment industry today. He is the co-creator, writer, producer and star of the ABC network and Warner Bros. Television produced sitcom, “George Lopez.”

Lopez grew up in the San Fernando Valley near Los Angeles, California. He became a popular stand-up comedian, especially among the Latino community for his satirizing of Latin-American life and culture in the United States. Much of his humor was drawn from the financial poverty of his upbringing and of the Latino community in general.

In September 2004, George was honored with the “Spirit of Liberty Award” presented by People for the American Way. In August 2005, Time Magazine recognized George as one of “The 25 Most Influential Hispanics In America.”

George’s celebrity continues to grow. He made his debut in the Harris Poll for Favorite TV Personalities. George is one of the top ten favorite TV personalities of 2005. On March 29, 2006 the Hollywood Walk of Fame presented George his own star on legendary Hollywood Boulevard.

MENOPAUSE THE MUSICAL®(MTM)

Four years, forty cities and six countries after its world premiere, Menopause The Musical® celebrates its international success with a new Las Vegas cast production at the Las Vegas Hilton.

The debut of Menopause The Musical® adds to the first-class entertainment schedule at the Hilton, led by superstar Barry Manilow. The expanded roster complements the resort’s transformation through a multi-million dollar construction and renovation enhancement project completed in December 2005.

Inspired by a hot flash and a bottle of wine, Writer/Producer Jeanie Linders created the show as a celebration of women who are on the brink of, in the middle of, or have survived “The Change.” Since its first performance, the show has evolved as a "grassroots" movement of women who deal with life after 40 and all the challenges that result in the mental, physical and spiritual freedom of the post-World War II baby boomer generation.

According to The New York Times, “[Menopause The Musical] has no trouble winning over its audience…because elsewhere the subject is almost never treated with humor from the woman’s point of view.”

LAUGH OUT LOUD WITH THE SCINTAS

The Scintas are made up of brothers Joe and Frank, sister Chrissi and “Irish Scinta” Peter O’Donnell. Raised in Buffalo, New York, along with brother Tony, a former police detective, their parents Joe (“Bucko), a firefighter and Mary (known universally as “Mama Scinta”) encouraged them to follow their dreams and fulfill their potential.

The Scintas’ act took shape in a bar owned by former Buffalo Bill and present ESPN color commentator Paul McGuire. Frank and Joe began playing there singing songs and adding a joke or two. Soon the lines were out the door and they realized they were on to something. They brought sister Chrissi in on weekends to sing with them and the rest, as is said, is history.

To date The Scintas have performed in over 1,500 venues worldwide. Their audiences have included heads of state, corporate presidents, athletes, movie stars and, most important, John Q. Public.

The group’s awareness of the importance of community and family has led to their involvement in raising millions of dollars for hundreds of national and local charities, including Make-A-Wish, Muscular Dystrophy and children’s hospitals across the country.
