Latest News: UAW files to unionize 4th casino, Bally's Atlantic City

The United Auto Workers union filed a petition with the National Labor Relations Board this morning to represent 1,200 dealers, cashiers and keno and simulcast employees at Bally's Atlantic City, the fourth casino it has filed to represent in recent months.
The UAW recently filed a petition to represent dealers at Trump Marina Hotel Casino. The NLRB said today that it has set an election date there for May 11.
The union recently won elections at Caesars Atlantic City and Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino, and has indicated that it is organizing dealers city-wide. |
