LIVE RACING RETURNS AS SCHEDULED ON 10/17 It seems more than 10 weeks ago when May June Character crossed the finish line to win Adios XLI and we sent the Grandstand into the history books. Immediately, we moved Grandstand operations into the Adios Room without missing a single day of business. If that is not impressive enough, we put forth a jaw dropping performance this week as the industry looked on in disbelief when we went to the gate on Wednesday as advertised. Considering work could not begin on the press box, track and temporary paddock until Monday, achieving live racing on Wednesday was a Herculean feat. Horsemen, customers and the PHRC were complimentary on what we have been able to accomplish. There are wrinkles to work out over the coming days. Given the circumstances, we will continue to improve operations within our means. The next phase of the transition includes moving the PHRC Field Office and Security into finished office space the week of November 26th, followed by moving paddock operations into the permanent paddock upon completion. Finally, the anticipation of moving racing operations into the permanent racetrack & casino will soon follow. All of this occurring while working to drive OTB business. The Meadows
