Visit the Players Club to select your Personal Identification Number (PIN) to activate Point Play. In a just a few seconds you’ll be on your way to redeeming your cash back while you play.

Insert your Players Club Card at your favorite slot or video machine.
To access Point Play, simply press the “YES” button on the keypad located on the front of the machine.
To convert your Players Club Points to Point Play Credits, enter your PIN using the keypad and press “YES”. A minimum of 500 points is required to begin Point Play.
The machine will then ask you to confirm you are accessing Point Play. Simply press “1” on the keypad to continue your Point Play transaction or “ NO” to exit.
Depending on your Players Club Point balance and the machine denomination, several options will appear on the display.
Simply press the number of the option that corresponds to the dollar amount you wish to convert to Point Play.
You will then be asked to confirm the amount of
your Point Play transaction. Simply press “YES” to proceed or “NO” to cancel.
The amount of Players Club Points converted to Point Play Credits will be displayed on the machine’s credit meter.
You have completed your transaction and can play your Point Play Credits immediately.
* Convert your Players Club Cash Back balances to Point Play Credits right at your favorite machine. Any machines that do not accept Point Play will have a notice posted on them.

Q. Why should I sign up for Point Play?
A. Point Play allows you to redeem your Players Club Cash Back balances right at your favorite slot or video machine while you play. There is no reason to give up your seat to wait in line any longer – redeem at the machine today.
Q. Can I redeem Point Play at all machines?
A. Most of the slot and video machines at MGM Grand Detroit Casino are Point Play ready. There are a few machines that do not feature Point Play. The machines that do not feature Point Play have a notification on the front panel of the machine.
Q. Do I have to use all the Point Play Credits I redeem at one time?
A. No, you can cash out any available credits on your machine once they have been converted from Players Club Points to Point Play Credits.
Q. I have more than one Players Club Card for my account.
Can I use all of my cards to access Point Play?
A. No, if you use more than one card for your account, both will accumulate points; however, only the first card inserted for your account will allow you to access and convert Players Club Points to Point Play Credits.
Q. I can see my point balance and I have a PIN but the machine won't let me access Point Play?
A. It is possible you have left your card in another machine and it has gone into “abandoned card” status. Your card will still accrue points for play, but you will not be able to convert them to Point Play Credits. Please check any machines you may have played earlier for your card, and visit the Players Club to have your card reset.
