Guests feel as special as any celebrity and are part of the action, pampered by a courteous staff, immersed in luxury and invited to play day and night at this AAA Four Diamond resort.

Dramatic Entry
Millions of visitors stroll by the impressive front entrance of MGM Grand each year. Featuring a 45-foot, 100,000-pound bronze lion statue, this corner of the famous Las Vegas Strip is hard to miss. The lion, perched atop a 25-foot pedestal, is framed by light-emitted diode (LED) screens, water fountains, Atlas-themed statues and lush landscaping.

Once inside, guests are instantly enveloped by the thrill and excitement of one of the city’s most dynamic resorts. Checking in at the front desk is an experience to remember. Large viewing screens are mounted behind the desk, tantalizing guests with an endless array of entertainment possibilities, all available within the resort.

Las Vegas Monorail
The Las Vegas Monorail, the first privately funded and most technologically advanced public transportation system in the world, connects nine major resorts along its four-mile route from MGM Grand to The Sahara with a station at the Las Vegas Convention Center. MGM Grand’s monorail station provides guests convenient access to fine dining and the Grand Garden Arena as well as offering convenient access to the resort’s lobby and guest parking.

Specialty Restaurants at MGM Grand
MGM Grand offers many culinary choices under one roof. From signature restaurants to more casual settings, any palate can be satisfied.

Joël Robuchon - Joël Robuchon brings his legendary cooking skills and sumptuous cuisine to MGM Grand with this namesake restaurant. Joël Robuchon provides an exclusive opportunity to experience this chef’s formidable cooking talents in their fullest expression. The restaurant features traditional French cuisine in a setting reminiscent of Paris of the 1930s. Guests can enjoy a lavish reception area, elegant main dining room, landscaped, garden-designed dining room and intimate bar. The restaurant features two distinct tasting menus in addition to an à la carte menu. It has been said that Chef Robuchon’s cooking is so striking in its vibrancy and precision as to render a meal memorable down to its last detail. Now, at last, diners have the chance to create a new set of lasting memories for themselves.

SEABLUE – For this latest venture, Chef Michael Mina has created a fun and innovative menu built around “jet fresh” seafood dishes and fresh seasonal produce. Designed by Adam D. Tihany, the focal point of the restaurant is a unique, centrally located three-sided bar that features two open preparation areas where guests can watch their menu selections being prepared.

Shibuya – Shibuya redefines the Japanese dining experience by combining traditional ingredients with modern techniques and offering an unrivaled sake cellar. Designed by superstar team Yabu Pushelberg, Shibuya takes its name and inspiration from a neighborhood of Tokyo known for its bustling urbanism and modern lifestyle. Japanese culinary creations share the limelight with one of the country’s best sake programs. The menu focuses on “traditional modern” cuisine, capturing distinct Japanese ingredients updated with the best of modern Japanese and American techniques. Shibuya’s full-spectrum Japanese menu is delivered via three distinct dining experiences including Sushi, Teppan and à la carte specialties – each in separate, yet adjoining, dining areas. The menu features such signature creations as Toro Tartar with Beluga Caviar, Miso Wild Salmon in a sauce of Lotus Root and Ginger, and Kobe Beef Tataki with Shichimi Onions and Lemon Soy.

Craftsteak – James Beard Award-winning Chef Tom Colicchio elevates the definition of a steakhouse with Craftsteak. Craftsteak is dedicated not only to the craft of cooking, but also to celebrating the natural flavors of great ingredients. The menu features ingredients from small family farms, artisanal producers and day-boat fishermen, prepared to capture the true flavor and essence of each product. The à la carte menu includes a selection of signature vegetables, potatoes, mushrooms, grains and beans in addition to steakhouse favorite side dishes.

Diego – Diego combines the bold vibrancy of traditional Mexican cuisine with sophisticated sensibility for a thoroughly modern dining experience. The interior, designed by James Beard Award winner Vicente Wolf, embraces the vivid colors of Mexico’s cultural landscape – colors that enliven the murals and paintings of the country’s extraordinary modern artists. Diego’s fusion of traditional Mexican aesthetic and sleek design finesse extends to its menu as well. Creations take cues from the street stalls of urban Mexico, the vendors of market towns and the regional flair of home-fire cooking. Tapping into a legacy of ancient techniques and family secrets, dishes produce flavor intensities not soon forgotten. From a mobile salsa cart with six original varieties, to frozen Margarita Popsicles and Tequila Sorbet Shooters, Diego offers an unexpected twist.

Fiamma Trattoria and Bar – Those who have indulged their cravings for unique Italian cuisine at New York's three-star Fiamma Osteria now can dine on the same fine fare amid the glamour and excitement of Las Vegas at this stylish outpost of Steve Hanson’s highly successful Manhattan restaurant.

Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill – Celebrity Chef Wolfgang Puck’s restaurant modernizes the traditional “bar and grill” concept with fun and approachable dining. The diverse menu allows for a quick bite or a more leisurely dining experience featuring his famous wood-fired pizzas, pastas, grilled fish and meat, prepared simply and from the finest and freshest ingredients, and homemade breads and desserts. Crafted by esteemed designer Tony Chi, the playful but elegant design, complementing Puck’s cuisine perfectly, brings the casual bungalow and patio style to the bright lights of Las Vegas.

NOBHILL – The best of San Francisco cuisine meets warm and understated yet elegant surroundings inside NOBHILL. Inspired by the traditional neighborhood restaurants throughout San Francisco, NOBHILL combines the city’s most famous, innovative and authentic dishes into one unique menu. Chef Michael Mina uses a diverse selection of seasonal, fresh products direct from the Bay Area to create both classic and contemporary dishes.

Pearl – A restaurant featuring authentic Chinese specialties, live seafood and a product-driven menu that changes daily. The tea trolley in Pearl is unique to Chinese restaurants in the United States and includes the finest Chinese Tea selection prepared tableside. A dedicated wine cellar, an aperitif trolley and a digestive selection along with a sommelier, also not usually found in traditional Chinese restaurants, assists guests with wine and beverage pairings throughout the meal.

Emeril Lagasse’s New Orleans Fish House – True to its original feel, but sporting a new look, this redesigned restaurant reflects the new age of Emeril’s dining with artistic abstractions of the food and welcoming atmosphere Emeril has become synonymous with. The menu at Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House features what Lagasse calls ‘new’ New Orleans Seafood, which includes the history and richness of Creole cuisine with the addition of progressive, cultural and seasonal influences, as well as the freshest seafood and ingredients available.

Casual Dining at MGM Grand
MGM Grand also provides guests with relaxed, informal dining.

L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon – L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon presents the celebrated cuisine of the culinary master Joël Robuchon in an accessible, informal style. L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, meaning the culinary workshop of Joël Robuchon, resembles the Parisian original. Dissolving the boundaries between kitchen and dining room, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon allows guests to observe the creation of their meal while providing a friendly atmosphere where interaction with staff and diners is encouraged.

L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon offers a tasting menu and an à la carte menu featuring both tapas and entrees. At L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, perfection and pleasure, indulgence and minimalism, refinement and relaxation, seamlessly co-mingle bringing the highest quality to casual dining.

The Grand Wok and Sushi Bar – This unique restaurant features a wide array of Asian cuisine created by chefs who specialize in authentic Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Korean and Vietnamese dishes. The restaurant features a waterfall cascading down a 40-foot wall of individually placed pond rocks, flowing from one level to the next into a gentle pond.

Entertainment
Showcasing the world’s top performers and special events, MGM Grand has established itself as the world’s premier entertainment destination. The following is a snapshot of the medley of entertainment offered.

KÀ, a creation of Cirque du Soleil®, combines acrobatic performances, martial arts, puppetry, multimedia and pyrotechnics to illustrate the nature of duality.

Created and directed by acclaimed theatre and film director Robert Lepage, the show applies the visual vocabulary of cinema to a live spectacle creating a vibrant narrative that conjures an entire empire on stage. KÀ tells the epic saga of separated twins, a boy and a girl, who embark on a perilous journey to fulfill their linked destinies. The show’s title, KÀ, is inspired by the ancient Egyptian belief in the “ka,” an invisible spiritual duplicate of the body that accompanies every human being throughout this life and into the next. That concept also is reflected in the show’s visual signature, which evokes the central theme of duality as personified by the twins and the symbolic use of fire.

The La Femme Theatre
MGM Grand continues its tradition of bringing world-class entertainment to Las Vegas with a first from Paris: “La Femme,” a show direct from one of the finest nightspots in the world, the original Crazy Horse. Since 1951, Crazy Horse has been famous for its productions celebrating beautiful women and the artistry of the nude. With this Paris
icon's debut at MGM Grand on June 14, 2001, “La Femme” established a permanent home in the United States. With each performance uniquely independent from the next, the show ranges from solo lip-synched dance numbers to group cabaret performances, where the colors and images are so engaging it’s hard to determine where skin ends and color reflections begin. La Femme was created for adults 18 and older.

The Hollywood Theatre
The Hollywood Theatre, an intimate 740 seat setting, attracts some of today's top performers. The line-up includes Tom Jones, David Copperfield and Howie Mandel.

Grand Garden Arena
The Las Vegas entertainment scene changed forever when MGM Grand introduced the Grand Garden Arena, a 16,800-seat special events center home to mega concerts, championship boxing, nationally televised award shows, and premier sporting and special events. Barbra Streisand, in her first concert in more than 20 years, opened the Grand Garden Arena on Dec. 31, 1993, in conjunction with the grand opening of MGM Grand. Other performers have included Madonna, Paul McCartney, The Rolling Stones, Bette Midler, Shania Twain and Cher.

Studio 54
Studio 54 is a trend-setting nightclub that features the most eclectic music mix in the country combined with state-of-the-art sound, lighting, and staging. The DJs of Studio 54 take visitors on a musical odyssey with stops throughout the last three decades. Songs range from today's cutting-edge sounds to the songs of the 70s, which made the original Studio 54 the notorious epicenter of pop culture and style. The variety of music ensures the sounds will stimulate every listener's taste.

Lounge Entertainment
Lounge entertainment, part of the history of Las Vegas, is an integral part of the scene at MGM Grand.

Tabú Ultra Lounge
Upon entering Tabú, guests are transported to a world in which their senses are stimulated and their thoughts intrigued. A comfortable level of European-influenced vocal house music allows guests to carry on conversations while taking in the scene. From classic lounge tunes with a twist played earlier in the night to the more progressive vocal blends featured later in the evening, the eclectic music encourages movement, mingling and dancing, although there is no dance floor.

Centrifuge ®
MGM Grand offers guests a chance to be the center of attention at Centrifuge ®, the 77-seat bar featuring live entertainment and a creative drink menu. The bar comes alive nightly with a progressive music program and numerous freestyle and choreographed dance numbers.

Centrifuge ® features specialty cocktails from each of MGM Grand’s signature restaurants, infuses them with fruit and displays the colorful drinks around the bar in Louise Treize baccarat crystal bottles. The bar is the focal point of this entertainment neighborhood, which encompasses the Poker Room, Race & Sports Book and Studio 54.

Rouge
Rouge, an upscale lounge overlooking the casino floor, is the perfect spot for the ultimate cocktail experience with sleek chrome accents and Ferrari-red furnishings. The bar’s standout feature is the Adam Tihany-designed backlit projection wall of glass bottles that flicker with a variety of sensuous images. A sophisticated staff of models wearing Tadashi designs serves an array of specialty infused cocktails, champagnes, fine wines, specialty beers and cordials. Rouge is a prime spot place to catch the action of major sporting events on plasma screens, engage in a game of video poker, or mingle in the sophistication that is Rouge.

Zuri
The lobby bar at MGM Grand is a contemporary twist on a classic martini bar. The 100-seat bar, located just off the hotel’s main lobby, is open 24 hours. Zuri serves cocktails alongside fruit-infused spirits, such as Granny Smith Apple, and cinnamon-infused vodkas and peach-infused Woodford Reserve Bourbon. Zuri also features Veuve Clicquot Champagne (en-magnum) by the glass, hard-to-find specialty beers from around the world, a cigar humidor and a special menu “for the morning after the night before” that includes a variety of "liquid brunch" drinks and Bloody Marys.

32º
MGM Grand adds a fun twist to frozen cocktails with 32º. From Bing Cherry Daiquiris to Mojitos, Pina Coladas to Cable Cars, guests find frozen drinks fashioned after MGM Grand’s signature cocktails served daily in specialty glassware. This frozen drink bar also serves micro brews, domestic and imported beers.
